When you register for an account or use the Tijara App, you may provide:

• Phone Number — used to create and identify your account, and to send OTP (One-Time Password) for verification
• Password — used to secure your account (stored in encrypted form)
• Full Name — used to personalise your account and orders
• Email Address — used for account-related communications
• Delivery Address — manually entered by you when placing an order; used solely to process and fulfil your order
• Order Information — products selected, quantities, and order history

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the App, we may automatically collect limited technical information, including:

• Device Push Notification Token — to deliver order updates and important notifications to your device
• Basic Device Information — such as device type and operating system version, for troubleshooting and improving app performance

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Account Creation and Authentication — to create your account, verify your identity via OTP, and allow you to log in securely
• Order Processing — to receive, process, and fulfil your product orders, including delivering to the address you provide
• Order Updates and Notifications — to send you push notifications about your order status, updates, and important announcements
• Customer Support — to respond to your queries, complaints, or requests
• App Improvement — to diagnose technical issues and improve the performance and usability of the App
• Legal Compliance — to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations

We do not use your personal information for advertising, profiling, or sell it to any third party for marketing purposes.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Within Tijara Corporation — your information is accessible to authorised staff and administrators of Tijara Corporation who need it to process your orders and provide customer support.
• Legal Requirements — we may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, court order, or government authority.
• Business Transfer — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you if this occurs.
• With Your Consent — we may share information with third parties when you have explicitly given us permission to do so.

We do not use any third-party advertising networks, analytics providers, or data brokers.

The Tijara App uses push notifications to keep you informed about:

• Order confirmation and status updates
• Delivery updates
• Important announcements from Tijara Corporation

To send push notifications, we collect and store a device push notification token. This token is associated with your account and is used solely to deliver notifications to your device.

You may disable push notifications at any time through your device's system settings (Settings → Notifications → Tijara). Disabling notifications will not affect your ability to use the App or place orders, but you may miss important order updates.

We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

• Encrypted storage of passwords — passwords are never stored in plain text
• OTP-based authentication for account access — reducing the risk of unauthorised login
• Secure HTTPS connections for all data transmitted between the App and our servers
• Access controls — only authorised Tijara Corporation personnel can access user data

While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you promptly if a data breach occurs that affects your information.

6.1 Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. We also retain data as required by applicable law (for example, order and transaction records for accounting and tax purposes).

Specifically:

• Account data (name, phone number, email) — retained until you request deletion of your account
• Order history — retained for a minimum of 3 years for business and legal compliance purposes
• Push notification tokens — retained as long as your account is active; deleted when your account is deleted

6.2 Deletion

Upon deletion, we will permanently remove your account data, profile information, and push notification token. Order history may be retained in anonymised form for legal and accounting compliance.

The Tijara App and website are intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 18 without parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at office@tijaracorp.com.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to Access — you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to Correction — you can request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
