Elephant bond is an extender and additive for Urea Formaldehyde Resin for making different types of plywood, block board , flush door and all types of wood based panel products.
Elephant bond is made with the extract of starch, protein and chemicals which are used to improve the viscosity and bonding for making good quality products
Elephant bond’s primary purpose is to reduce the cost of production

Advantages

Mixing Process
The technical way to use the elephant bond is that, if a company is making a batch of say 125 kg resin everytime, they need to put 5-6 kg elephant bond (55 to 60% of Maida) in it and start mixing the mixture for atleast 20 minutes.
